MMIW Healing Workshop

Ganohkwasra‘s Embrace Them With Love Program presents: “Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women & Girls Healing Workshop”. This workshop will take place Friday June 14 at the Gathering Place by the Grand, from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
All are welcome, and lunch and snacks will be provided. Guest speakers include Stan Wesley, Jane Burning, and Elva Jamieson. Breakout sessions to follow, which include “Traditional Medicines”, and “Grief and Loss Teachings”. Reiki will also be available to attendees.

Ganohkwasra: Family Assault Support Services is a community counselling and residential services organization that provides holistic programs based on Ogweho:weh teachings that integrate the mind, body and spirit.
