Elders Roundtable Presents – Behind Closed Doors: Life Changes that Affect Sleep and Overall Wellness

The Elders Roundtable is pleased to invite adults and seniors to their “Behind Closed Doors: Life Changes that Affect Sleep and Overall Wellness” discussion and presentation on November 15th, beginning at 10:00AM.
This free event was developed out of the findings of the Elders Journey to Community Change on Six Nations project, which had the aim to increase support to senior community members. “Behind Closed Doors: Life Changes that Affect Sleep and Overall Wellness” will discuss several topics including alternative therapies, chronic pain, memory loss, menopause, physical well-being, physical activity, sexual health.
