Community Partnerships Program Information Session – Fall 2019 Intake

The Gathering Place by the Grand’s Community Partnerships Program was developed to support and foster the amazing voices within our community. Six Nations is a growing community, and with thousands of visitors every year, it is a vibrant tourism destination. This program is available to groups whose programming directly benefits the Six Nations community and its members, and seeks to increase the profile of Six Nations locally, nationally or internationally.
The Community Partnerships Program is a competitive process, and the following criteria will be used in establishing eligibility: Non-profit Organization or Charitable Initiative, Impact on Community, Demonstrated Connection to Community Plan, Funding and Soundness of Budget, Track Record, Organizational Capacity/Effectiveness, Audience Potential, Marketability and Does Not Duplicate Existing Services.
Applicants who are applying for the Fall Intake are encouraged to attend the Community Partnerships Program Information Session to ask questions, get more information on the program, and get help with the application process. Doors will open at 5:30PM, with the presentation beginning promptly at 6PM. This is a co-presentation of the Community Partnerships Program with Chiefswood Park. Please note, if you are applying to Chiefswood Park AND the Gathering Place by the Grand for the Community Partnerships Program, an application will have to be submitted to both sites by their respective deadlines.
The Gathering Place by the Grand’s Fall Intake deadline is September 13, 2019 and successful applicants will be notified by September 23, 2019. For more information about the program, please click here.
